Employment Services

RRISA’s Employment Team works with individuals to make sure that they are ready for the American work culture

employmentRefugees bring a wide range of skills and experiences to the American workforce. RRISA works with individuals to develop employment plans and match their transferable skills to meet the needs of local businesses. Finding work quickly enables families to reach their goals of self-sufficiency in America. Employers are eager to work with RRISA to recruit new employees, adding to the strength and diversity of their workforce.

Employment leads not only to early economic self-sufficiency for families, but adds greatly to the integrity of families who seek to establish themselves in a new country and provide for their own needs. Often this requires more than one member of the family becoming employed.

The RRISA employment team works with individuals to make sure that they are ready for the American work culture.
