Program Statistics

In the past year the Immigration Department has assisted people from over 36 different countries in filing:

RRISA works in collaboration with Georgia Asylum & Immigration Network (GAIN), RAKSHA, and Tapestri to provide immigration services to asylum-seekers, victims of domestic violence and victims of human trafficking.

How to Get Involved

  1. Donate to assist us in continuing to provide low cost immgiration services to the refugee and immigrant community.
  2. Volunteer to help provide tutoring for individuals preparing to become our newest U.S. citizens.

After fleeing repressive governments, refugees now have the opportunity to become fully engaged in U.S. civic life. The trained professionals in the RRISA Immigration Department provide low-cost representation during the application process. Services are designed to assist individuals and families in gaining a better understanding of their rights and responsibilities in the United States on their journey towards citizenship.
